Head on to a behind the bubbles tour of our Vineyards, cellar and Winery followed but a scrumptious three course menu specially designed for us here at Hambledon by Tall Hats catering's, executive chefs. Choose from the follow options to build a package to suit your individual needs.

Lightly spiced Butternut Squash Soup with herb Croutons (v)
Pea & Mint Risotto (v)
Ham Hock Terrine with homemade Piccalilli with salad of Little Gem
Smoked Salmon with Dill Mustard and Beetroot Remoulade
Accompanied by freshly baked Breads with Butter
Breast of Turkey, “Pigs in Blankets” and Stuffing with gorgeous Turkey Gravy
Confit Duck with a rich Madeira Sauce, Gratin Potatoes and Red Cabbage with Juniper Berries
Individual Stilton, Walnut & Spinach “Wellington” with a rich Tomato Coulis (v)
Accompanied by Roast Potatoes, Roast Parsnips and a selection of seasonal Vegetables with Cranberry Sauce and Bread Sauce
Confit Duck with a rich Madeira Sauce, Gratin Potatoes and Red Cabbage with Juniper Berries
Poached fillet of Salmon with a White Wine & Dill sauce, served with Gratin Potatoes and a selection of seasonal Vegetables
Christmas Pudding, served with either Cream or Brandy Sauce

To round off your afternoon here at Hambeldon we have freshly ground coffee with chocolates from Winchester Coco Company.
